ModusLink Honored with Sun Microsystems Supplier Performance Award
Waltham, MA (October 1, 2004) - ModusLink Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of CMGI, Inc. (NASDAQ: CMGI), today announced it has been selected by Sun Microsystems (Nasdaq: SUNW) for a 2004 Supplier Performance Award. Sun’s Supplier Awards program recognizes companies that are leaders in their field in bringing quality, innovation and value to customers. This is the fourth time in five years ModusLink has been awarded Sun’s Supplier Performance Award.

ModusLink provides supply chain services for Sun’s hardware and software products. ModusLink was awarded the 2004 Supplier Performance Award for its work building and shipping software kits for Sun’s worldwide operations organization. ModusLink also played a key role in the development, testing and implementation phases of Sun’s major efforts to redesign their customer fulfillment services.
